2. No Password or Account Access Required

We never ask for your account password. All services are delivered using only the public link or username you provide. Anyone claiming to represent us and requesting your password is not affiliated with us. You are solely responsible for the security of your own accounts.

3. Order Requirements

To ensure successful delivery, you agree to the following:

• Your account or post must be public for the entire duration of the order. Orders placed for private accounts cannot be delivered and are not eligible for refunds.
• You must provide the correct link or username. Orders placed with incorrect details will be considered delivered and are non-refundable.
• Do not change your username, delete the post, or set your account to private while an order is in progress. Doing so will void the order without refund.
• Do not place a second order for the same link from us or any other provider while an existing order is still processing. Overlapping orders make delivery counts impossible to verify, and such orders are not eligible for refunds or refills.

4. Account Balance and Deposits

Certain services may be purchased using funds deposited into your account balance on our website.

• Deposited funds can only be used to purchase services on our website. Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
• You are responsible for depositing the correct amount through the payment methods we support. Deposits made through unsupported or incorrect methods may be lost.
• Fraudulent deposits, including the use of stolen payment credentials, will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

5. Payments and Refund Policy

• All services require full payment in advance unless stated otherwise.
• Once an order has started or been delivered, it is non-refundable.
• If an order cannot be started or delivered, the amount will be refunded to your account balance, not to your original payment method, unless required by applicable law.
• Refunds are not provided for issues caused by your own actions, including incorrect links, private accounts, username changes, or deleted content.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for services that have been delivered is treated as fraud. If you initiate a chargeback, your account will be suspended, any remaining balance will be forfeited, and all active orders will be cancelled without refund. If you have a payment issue, reach out through our contact page first, and we will work to resolve it.

7. Subscription Plans and Recurring Billing

Certain services may be offered on a subscription basis.

• By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee according to the selected billing cycle.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started, except where required by applicable law.
• If a recurring payment fails, subscription services may be paused or terminated until payment is completed.
• Promotional, discounted, or trial offers may be subject to additional terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

8. Service Delivery

We aim to begin delivery shortly after payment confirmation. Start times and completion times shown on the website are estimates only and may vary depending on the service, platform conditions, and current workload. Some services are delivered gradually over time to maintain natural-looking growth. Delays do not entitle you to a refund as long as the order is ultimately delivered.

9. Drops and Lifetime Refill Policy

Social media platforms periodically remove accounts and engagement, which can cause a decrease, known as a drop, in delivered counts.

• We provide a lifetime refill guarantee. If the delivered count drops below the quantity you ordered, we will replenish the drop free of charge.
• Refills cover only the quantity delivered by us. Natural changes in your organic followers or engagement are not covered.
• To request a refill, reach out through our contact page with your order details, and we will process it as soon as possible.
• Refills do not apply if the order was affected by your own actions, such as changing the username, deleting content, making the account private, or purchasing from another provider for the same link.

10. Compliance and Platform Risk

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with the laws applicable to you and with the terms of the social media platforms you use. You acknowledge that platforms may take action against accounts at their sole discretion, and we are not responsible for any restriction, penalty, or other action taken by a platform against your account.

11. Non-Affiliation Disclaimer

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta Platforms, Google, or any other social media platform. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

12. Confidentiality and Privacy

We keep your personal information and order details confidential. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as needed to process payments and deliver services, or where required by law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
